A simple, non-technical guide to setting up your AI Assistant.
Click on the Login/Sign Up button in the top right corner. Enter your email and create a password to access your dashboard.
Your dashboard is your control center. Here, you can train new bots, view conversations, check collected leads (customer phone numbers), and customize your bot's appearance.
On the dashboard homepage, simply type your website link (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com) into the input box.
If you want the AI to also read your Facebook posts and learn from them, paste your Facebook page link in the optional box.
The system will automatically scrape your website, read all the text, understand your products, and build an intelligent brain. You will see a 3D progress bar while this happens. It usually takes less than 60 seconds!
In the "Settings" tab of your dashboard, you can change the primary color to match your brand, rename the bot, and set a custom Welcome Message that customers will see first.
In Settings, check the "Enable Upfront Lead Capture" box. This forces customers to provide their Name and Phone Number before they can talk to the bot. All collected numbers will instantly appear in the "Leads" tab of your dashboard!
If there's a specific answer the bot gets wrong, you can click "Manual Training" in the Playground and type a rule like "We offer free shipping on orders over $50." The bot will instantly learn this.
Once your bot is trained, click "Save to My Bots". In the "My Bots" tab, click the "Code" button next to your bot. This will copy a tiny piece of script code to your clipboard.
Go to your website builder (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or custom HTML) and paste that code just before the closing </body> tag of your website. That's it! The bot will instantly appear in the bottom-right corner of your site.
